Marat Sargsyan’s Film Won Two Prizes at a Festival Founded by Emir Kusturica

Armenia-born director from Lithuania Marat Sargsyan received as many as two prizes at the International Film and Music Festival Kustendorf, which took place in Serbia on January 13-19.

His short film Lernavan was selected to the competition programme of the festival, founded by Emir Kusturica, out of 350 short films and competed with 28 films by young directors from all around the globe. During the festival’s closing ceremony Lernavan was awarded the Press Jury Prize and the Bronze Egg.
